Why so surprised by Jagielka?

He's consistently been one of the best CBs in the prem this season. Were you just suprised becuase he doesn't play, and hasn't ever, for Manyoo, Chelsea, Liverpool or Arsenal?"

(Also you shouldn't be surprised by Downings' delivery, given the number of assists he gets every year. For Middlesbrough.)
