was because their limited resources happened to put together a decent team, which is a combination of managerial skill and a lot of luck. I bet their squads (Bristol's certainly did) cost less than ours that proves it isn't that the Board have made it impossible for us to compete but that bad footballing decisions have been made by successive managers. Since Roder took over I suspect our points per game average is pretty similar to theirs.
