I watched The Biggest Chinese Restaurant in the World

There was a cooking competition where they chopped up some live snakes and served them still wriggling around, then they deep fried some live Carps and were disqualified if their mouths weren't stilll moving when served. They also did something not very nice to a live Duck.

It has 300 chefs, 1000 other staff and if you stretched out all the chillies it uses in a week they would go round part of the World.
