Peter Grant was probably more experienced than any you have mentioned (except, arguably Bowen) and look where that got us.

We need a complete overhaul, top to bottom and while I would have kept Huckerby, I don't think selling Lewis for the package offered by Peterborough was a mistake and I definitely would have made the changes that Roeder is now making at Carrow Road. Without a doubt. And I for one feel more comfortable that such a radical overhaul is being undertaken by a man with experience than by someone without.

I can see what you're saying though - and it all depends on who Roeder can now bring into the squad to turn us around. Let's keep our fingers crossed, have a bit of patience and see who turns up in August.
