Really?

Foobar will play them on your computer, and will also convert to them to mp3s.

The issue is quality: to my ears, and unlike ogg, mp4 is not noticeably better than mp3. It beats me how the music industry has the nerve to complain about illegal downloads - which are of superior quality - whilst ripping people off with 128 kbps.
