So what is upper-middle in your opinion, and why is there no lower-middle, and if

you are born working class, do you stay that way with only your children taking the step to middle-class if you manage to create a career for yourself and therefore give them a comfortable upbringing ? Or do you instantly become middle class if you get a law or medical degree or earn a certain amount a year ?

Lewd of ol snobby bollocks. I'd have thought if you have to work to survive, as I'd imagine 99% of the members of this board do, then surely you must still be working class.

I'd say there's working class, upper class and royalty. Middle class was invented by working class snobs.
