you can walk around with one for years and not even know that you had one, as what happened with my mum. She never had any heart pains or discomfort, then one night when she was on the phone to my sister hers popped in her aorta, she was dead before she hit the floor aged 63.
Sorry to hear about that though. All my best to the family.
