Oh I didn't bother with the aerial

I upgaded my client from one which supported 802.11b to 802.11g (check the router does too). Shouldn't really improve the range but it did and dramatically.

All it should do is improve the transfer speed which means you get decent internet speed even if the signal is a bit weak.

Is it just so slow it times out or do you really have no connection at all ?
