I do sometimes wonder if we effectively sign an Idiot Waiver when we buy match tickets.

£20, £30, £40+ for ninety mins of what hopefully ends up being "entertainment", surrounded by an aura of menace and getting treated like cattle. And we keep coming back, week after week, season after season.

Is it any wonder they take us for idiots?
