After a day to reflect on the huckerby situation...

I am still furious at the way he has been treated! For me he proved in the last few games he still had that spark and was clearly the only man in the squad who had it. he was worth another year for me. Thats not my major beef about it though. To treat him like a yts player and release him without prior warning is unacceptable. the man clearly deserved a send off! Say what you want about worthington but he done the job noone else got close to doing in ten years, brought players to the club that we could only dream of before his reign. theres need to list them we know who they are... And most importantly he knew how to treat a legend! Maybe you will point to malky but it was him who wanted to go. I watched the promotion highlight dvd last night and what a player! we wont see a player like him for a very long time, i for one enjoyed it and its such a shame for it to end in the way it has.
