I'm telling you why I think Roeder acted the way he did. He showed he is like that with the QPR game, refusing to bring Dion on at 2-0 and cruising until 76 minutes when the whole crowd wanted him on ages before. He's said it many times. "No one man is bigger than the club" yada yada.
