Well I have seen the cameras and I have been doing in excess of the 10% + 2 limit

and havent had a ticket. However on 2 occasions I have.

I checked my cars real speed using my Sat Nav - i find car speedometers can be anything from 2 to 4 mph lower than actual speed.
