It is you that ran the London Marathon last month, isn't it? If not then ignore me.
Thing is, spitting, right. Yeah, I know, grim, but it happens. I seem to flem up a fair bit at the start of a run, which int usually a bit problem, just gob in the gutter, no harm done. But, the thing I'm worried about is needing to spit on a proper organised run, 'cos I've got two coming up late summer and autumn, and I've never done one before.
