And in simple terms......

You define up front the required outputs at product level.

You then decide on a cycle time of between 2 and 4 weeks to do a subset of the outputs as predefined. You then all work as a team do deliver that subset at production quality.

At the end of the cycle, you review the required outputs then pick a new subset for the next cycle.

Simple.
