got stopped in Montenegro last week for not having my lights on. Cop: You must pay 25 Euro fine. I take your licence and you go to Post Office pay fine then come to Cop Shop and give receipt then get licence back. Can I just pay you Mr Cop? OK You pay me 30 Euro I go to post office for you....

So I fish in pocket for money and he tells me quietly to put it away until the other cop stood in front of the car has gone, all the time pretending to write my licence details in his ticket book but never applying pen to paper. Twats.

I'm not really a jingoistic patriotic ex squaddie knuckle dragging bonehead Brit that you might think I am pants (this being St Georges day an all) but we really are so lucky in the good old f**ked up UK.
