Idiot Polish Ebayer

won an item & insists that I need to post it before he pays. Apparently it's the Polish way & there's a mechanism where he can see that the item has arrived at his post office but would be unable to take it away from there until he had paid me for it, hence I apparently have a "safeguard".
Suspect he is talking bollocks but thought would ask
