West Brom may have come up with us, but they just come down - they were two years ahead of us anyway.

Roeder had money to spend and chose to keep his powder dry. His rebuilding job was always going to start this summer. Let's judge the state of the club on the quality he is allowed to bring in and the effectiveness of his purchases.
