It is their fault
The event may be a franchise and organised by someone else butit is still being advertised and put forward as a club event and if it is a disaster will reflect badly on the club. They should have looked at the package much more closely before signing up to it!
As highlighted by MITs my biggest concern is that there are real Norwich legends coming miles to attend this in the mistaken belief there will be lots of fans there to greet them!
