1. The 4th official is in no position to tell the ref his opinion on an incident

The ref may have been 100% sure in his eyes what happened.

2. Roeder has no right, whether the ref made a mistake or not, to run on the pitch and remonstrate with the ref. He also can expect to get in trouble for the angry critical words of the ref in his post match interview.

As I say, the FA aren't going to say "oh, well the ref made a mistake so Roeder can do what he likes then"
