It did seem to be the case

but my biggest annoyance was that this seemed to feed the "Hucks is lazy, useless" morons' camp, rather than acknowledging an injury to a definite great. Now he seems to be running around like a 2-y-o again, and regardless of this I'd give him another year as we need an 'elder statesman' in the squad (as well as a footballing brain). One who can scare the opposition for even 60 minutes would be a bonus too...
