ITs been said this season managers are not keen to release players on loan just in case, if they've another 2 slots on the bench to fillthat's only going to make them MORE reluctant.

Will hit clubs in lower leagues hard.
The only up side is we'll all be in the same boat.

However clubs like ours with smaller squads to start with (lets face it, GR will be planning for at least 2 season loans, and using hte rest of his allowance on shorter term deals next season) will feel it more.
