A HP hose blow?

what kit were you using? how old was it and when was it serviced? It's unusual for a HP hose to blow like that. I service a hell of a lot of kit, apex, aqualung, mares and I've never known of reg sets to go like that. Usually if serviced regularly you can see the faults before it happens
