not to mention having to clear out dead wood and try and replace them

Grant didn't do that, and lost the plot this season

It doesn't mean Grant is at fault for the mess, it's just been a mess here for 3 seasons now. We really need to take a step back to go forward, even if it means writing next season off. I can't see fans wanting to wait though

One thing that will be the start of the end, is if Roeder is sacked or resigns 8 games into next season. Relegation will be a formality and morale will be rock bottom
