Not sure what'll happen if it's a Portsmouth v. Cardiff final and Pompey qualify through league-placing. If Cardiff aren't allowed entry I guess they'll open up another UEFA spot to a Premiership side based on league-placing.

Which is how we qualified for Europe in 92/93 was it not, with Arsenal winning both cups?
