I hardly guzzled supplements to be honest...

Just whey protein and creatine.. whey isn't really going to have any health risks, its just dairy. Of course summit of it natural progression, but to dramatically improve on lifts, distance, and time in a month while taken the creatine tends to suggest it helped alot, dont you think?
