We burn it and make electricity
unfortunately it breaks down to CO2 and water but Methane is 27 times more effective as a greenhouse gas. You'd need to be producing a fair old whack though probably at least 300m3 per hour and you'd probably be able to power 4-5 houses with that.
You'd need alot of beans though and what could potentially be a painful/deadly suction and collection system.
