Don't really know, because...

...it doesn't look German. The car was named after one of the Daimler-Benz owners' daughters. However, "mercedes" is a Spanish name meaning "Grace".

I don't speak Spanish so don't know how to pronounce it but would guess "mair-they-dess" or similar.
