After the Scum reserves game...
...My auntie Jill (Citys tea lady) was asked to take some tea and sandwiches through to Roeders office. Roeder was pretty pissed off with the performance and said to Jill (who didn`t really have any sandwiches to offer him) to go and nick them from the changing room as the players didn`t deserve them.
She joked that it was contracts that they didn`t deserve after that performance, not sandwiches and that they should all be chucked out the door.
Roeders calm response was "and mark my words love, thats what will be happening." Then a few days later he released Brellier etc...
I would guess that he is ruthless rather than angry.
