Its becuase we've been stuffed by the premier league....

....and their treatment of reserve football.

How do the youngsters progress when they ship out of the academy and then play a reseve match once a month against Stevenage reserves?

More to the point, why was Spillane excellent against Man City in the cup, but then disappears? Do some of the youngsters not have that winning attitude? Are they happy to follow the likes of McVeigh and Mulryne down the football ladder?
