quite possibly not.
Forced entry is often a condition of the policy.
Would all depend if you could convince your underwriter you had taken 'reasonable care' of your keys.
Its a grey area this as obviosuly 99 times out of 100 if you lose your keys, or have them stolen, the other person doesn't know where you live so can't go there to rob you.
Would be at best a rather drawn out claim.
