Not worrying at all

Would you rather be the FD of a professional football club or the FD of a washing machine parts manufaacturers?

Pretty obvious really. Same job, but rather different environment. Anyone who would jump at the chance needs to be aware of the pitfalls and, in all likelihood, the fact that he will probably get paid less than he would at an awful lot of other organisations.

The very attraction of working at such a place mean the levl of interest will help them keep the salary down.
