Yes they need help but if that happens it should come from the league. When you start doing that though its basically a green light for teams to spend beyond their means "its ok the FA will save us".
Luton are where they are through their own policies, its sad but that's the way it is.
Monry in the game needs to be distributed better, but untill (if ever) it is clubs need to live within their means.
