paris is a wonderful city for a short break

again, it depends on what you're looking for. I'd be happy to spend a weekend sitting on a terrasse eating really good food. There are a lot of museums and the monuments are all world class (eiffel tower, montmartre, arc e triomphe). Not sure what there is not to like, apart from the fact that there's a lot of walking if you want to see everything. But that's the case with most cities.
