You can actually remove it yourself, but it's a bit involved.

1. Install the Web Developer plugin.
2. Create your own stylesheet with the following rule...

frame { overflow: auto; }

...and save it somewhere on your PC.

3. Click the CSS dropdown, 'Add User Stylesheet' and choose the file you just created.
