FAO Tricky, re:grayed out horizontal scrollbar on firefox
Firefox is simply obeying the HTML specification because Ben's HTML says scrolling="yes" for the frames instead of scrolling="auto".

IE is - as is so often the case - ignoring the specification and doing its own thing.
If Ben changed the HTML, you wouldn't have the scrollbar.
