Darel Russell - the emperor's new gloves

Chris Lakey's Pink-Un report chimed with several fans I saw after the game in lauding Russell to the heights for his sumptuous performance. Er..anyone else out there baffled by this? And see instead a bloke who tries hard but has moderate passing ability, not much composure and lacks the pace to atone for his many mistakes or do a job on the flank when required?
