You probably need to configure the firewall
although I'm not sure how you might go about that... Usually it's a matter of enabling connections via certain ports. Flash might be disabled too, stopping you viewing YouTube (incidentally, you should upgrade Flash to the latest version - previous versions have huge security holes)
