Help - Norton Internet Security 2008
Anyone know why since this has been installed on my parents computer, I don't seem to be able to print from the internet (just a blank page apart from web address in footer/header) and more annoyingly I can't download anything - such as a decent web browser like Firefox and any kind of messenger. Also can't seem to watch youtube. Just a general nightmare - bored enough as it is.
