that in November 2004, which is the date of that article, why were we converting in excess of £5 million short term debt into long term debt when Delia had specifically stated that we would be REDUCING long-term debt at that time?

And why, 8 months after it was completed, had we not agreed "terms with RG Carter for the construction of the new South Stand"?
