Gordon Ramsey belittles restaurant managers in front of his staff, underminding them and their business, and if they don't like that, he then insults them in front of his staff (and they giggle)

It's great entertainment but there's nothing to be proud of bullying someone with back up all around you. His advice is great, but the way he goes about it is pretty cowardly

It's still a very good show, and the people who run the restaurants accept the bad points help their business to survive

It's still not right, but they make that choice
