That's what he does

He puts people in certain fields of expertise, and then asks them to do something else to prove they are something. When that doesn't work out, he sits in a room and asks them why, doesn't accept their explanation, asks someone what they think (and they blame same guy in defence of themselves, of which he doesn't take the view on there and then, but plays on it, like it's fact and has another dig at the same guy again, potentially creating a situation between those two people that wasn't there in the first place, and it rolls and rolls on with him telling people trying to keep themselves on the show "to shat up" and then throws one of them out

They all take it because they are begging for a job, but it doesn't tell me anything about the potential in anyone to run a business or be a success

It's just a good old fashioned slanging match
