I didn't say it was OK, my point was that it was within the realm of what might reasonably

be expected within the conventions of player-crowd relations. As you suggested, if a player moves to a club's most hated local rivals, he can probably expect to be called a "Judas c**t", and would be unwise to make such a move if he really *couldn't* cope with it.

He shouldn't reasonably have to expect the rest of it, which is nothing to do with the move, though, especially not five or six years later.

That's why I think Campbell's right to flag this up (and, as I said, it affects many fans as well as the players). As for other injustices, well, it's not Campbell's job to raise those - generally speaking people raise issues that affect them because they're the best qualified to do so.
