that is spot on,

i mean i'm in no position to judge having not quite made the grade myself. i saw players who were f**king awesome but because the scouts from the club only ever went to see Catton, Sprowston or Lakeford, the lads never got a look in. Even if they did get in by chance they would be forced out because they came from the wrong areas. It is total crap how they work but it's life!
