I'm sick of hearing that bollocks excuse

The truth is our whole youth system is a complete failure and has been for over a decade.

There are plenty of young kids in Norfolk for the club to work with but they clearly don't have a clue how to convert potential into talent.

I don't know the answer but it sure as hell isn't whatever they're doing now.
