Don't get me wrong
I'm glad he has gone and I'm very happy with Roeder. Grant destroyed the team motivation by engaging his mouth before engaging his brain. He has landed us in the s**t no question.
However nothing is that straight forward. He is a good coach, and given better luck with injuries etc and if we had held on to Earnie / Etuhu, it might have been a bit different. He helped Etuhu last year, the last part of the season was much improved from him. Someone else will give him another go, I think he will do better next time IF he can improve his man management.
