Phrankin - re Grant
I thought Grant did reasonably well last year, stopped a slide into a relegation dogfight and started the summer transfer market well.
However, as soon as he started on Cureton after he scored twice, alarm bells rang. The game was won and he was on a hat trick, who wouldn't be selfish? His man management skills imploded this season and the results suffered. He loved tinkering with the team, but to be fair he had serious injury problems to deal with so fielding a settled 11 wasn't much of an option for him.
If he can learn to control his gob, I think he will do ok in the future.
