These are top professionals, who look after themselves and take pride in their performance. No way, no way in the world do any of them not care when playing for their country: it's the pinnacle, what they'll have grown up dreaming of! If they LOOK like they don't care, it's because playing football for England has completely lost any sense of fun: the pressure is enormous, and the coach doesn't understand how to develop a coherent team which passes the ball (because, as I said above, it's actually far, far harder than most people realise).
