why did MI5/police surveillance give that policeman enough reason to think that an innocent man was a bomber? Why was the man allowed to reach the station? If the block of flats were under surveillance, why haven;t they been searched? It's a failing of the system, combined with an overeacting, over heated situation which has resulted in a man being executed.
