A takeover IS required by start of 2008/9 season at latest

There is no way this club can be continued to be run in the manner it is. The decisions made over the past 3 seasons have cumulatively led to our current predicament - and let us be fair - it is the worst position the club has been in many of our lifetimes, and for older posters, for over 45 years.
