All very similar really

Allen, limited experience at this level, bullish & a leader.

Grayson, done a great job at Blackpool, like the way they played against us last season, gave us a real working over. Again limited experience at this level.

Parkinson, got Colchester up but jumped ship early no real experience at this level. (Personally I don't like him)

Tilson has experience at this level, may know what it takes to get us away from the bottom. Very intelligent & seeems to unearth some good players.

So Tilson for me out of these 4.
